I didn't like the air intake location on my 2014 Ranger 570. The rear tires throw dirt right at it. So, I made a snorkel using these pieces and some hose. You will need to remove the stock air intake tube and relocate the PCV. The airbox to flex hose adapter will allow you to use a 1 1/2" radiator flex hose (the kind with an embedded spring) to go from above the bed to the stock airbox. You will need to cut a small notch in the bed to make room for the hose. You will need to relocate the PCV to the hole on the adapter. Use the 16mm hose barb (or any 5/8 hose barb) and some 5/8 ID hose to extend the stock PCV hose to the new location. I will update this with pictures whenever I can. Parts list: Hose adapter with PCV mounting hole Two hose clamps for 2 inch hose (should be able to use the ones from the stock air intake) 1 1/2 inch ID radiator flex hose 5/8 inch ID hose 5/8 inch hose barb or print the one included Two small hose clamps for 5/8 ID hose Voila, you have an extremely cheap and effective snorkel that retains the stock air box and filter.
