Door bushing for Polaris RZR to stop the annoying rattling and sagging doors originating from the hinges. Disassembled door hinges by removing e-clips and pulling pins, remove and save original bushings - drill out the small holes for the pins to match size of bushing diameter. Invert original bushing and install. Then trim / sand / grind off excessive material to be flush with the hinge. Apply a thin layer of grease to the outside of the new bushing and install into the bolster. Add some grease to the inside of the bushings and reassemble hinges. Tap pins into place and secure with e-clips. Adjust doors as needed to open / close properly.
