Polyurethane Pulley

Polyurethane Pulley

thingiverse

This pulley is designed to work on a 1/2 hex shaft and run a 1/4 diameter polyurethane timing belt. I designed this pulley for FRC 2017 SteamWorks to pick up 5" wiffle balls on our robot. It is intended so that the 1/4 belt stays in contact with the ball even when the ball goes over the pulley. The hex hole is .515 inches so that a hex shaft fits snug but without needing lot of force to slide into a desired position. The text was added in team spirit but please feel free to remove it if you decide to use it on your robot or other creation. Although it turned out pretty with that setting.
