IMPORTANT NOTE: Strong thanks to Proxy 303 who advised me of the Virginia Graeme Baker (VGB) Pool & Spa Safety Act, requiring pool & spa drain covers conform to entrapment protections per ASME/ANSI A112. I've deleted the STL, and recommend replacing any printed covers with an approved model. Again... IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DOWNLOADED THIS DESIGN, DO NOT USE IT. I RECOMMEND IMMEDIATELY REPLACING ANY PRINTED DEVICE WITH AN APPROVED COVER. We have a pool build around 2000. The drains are model CSI 4-1-10-20. One of the drain covers was broken when my son jumped into the pool, and landed heel first directly in the middle of an aging piece of plastic. I'm unable to find a fitting replacement anywhere. So, hello 3D printer... This is a pretty simple design based on the original. Outside dimensions are the same. The interior plate is thicker to compensate for the weaker PLA strength. You should be able to rescale in any dimension for fit. It does require a print bed of about 195mm x 195mm. I recently upgraded to the Ender 5 Pro that has ample room. This is my first practical design on that printer. Print solid. If you're using Slic3r, enable Fill Gaps.
