This is a hack I use to have my power connector and cheap USB 3.0 docking station in one single connector. It provides the same functionality as a USB-C docking station (power + high speed USB + HDMI output, etc) for a fraction of the price. The USB and power barrel fit snug on the plastic piece and they work fine. Did it in Onshape.
