Pop Shield with Brauner Phantom C Mount

I went to buy a pop shield and the only ones available were £70! Cue me designing this one. It's not the most elegant design but it serves its purpose. Yes, the mount is for a Brauner Phantom C but the mount is separate to the pop shield so have fun designing your own mounts. Instructions The mount and the ring can be printed as normal. You may need to trim the corners / sides of the peg to fit the hole in the mount. FYI I printed at 0.3mm layer height. The actual pop shield uses Slic3r's infill to create the mesh. Set Slic3r to: Minimum 8 perimeters (for a nice think border) Infill = 0.2 Solid layers top = 0, bottom = 0 In advanced, if you have anything other than 0 in "Infill" and "First Layer" then make sure these match so the infill lines up. I used 125% in both for my print. I haven't yet experimented with the different types of infill, they could make for some different visual patterns and possibly different pop stopping abilities.
