I loved the idea of printing a pop socket and found Ebro002's design to be the closest to the real thing. Unfortunately with my particular flexible filament and printer setup the middle section would always rip in one of two locations either right away or after a few days of use. I redesigned the middle section in Fusion 360 and have found it to be ten times (estimate) stronger with the only trade off being it is a little harder to retract. When I assemble I super glue the middle to the bottom piece and once that bond is good I glue the top to the middle. You might not be able to retract the pop socket until the glue fully hardens but you can can use an Accelerator to speed the process up if you don't mind possible discoloration. Once everything is dry glue it to the center of your phone case and you should be all set. I have never tried using other adhesives like double sided tape but feel free to and let me know how it goes. Included in the download are a few random top designs I made for my own personal use. There is a Zelda logo, State of Massachusetts, Stars, an Apple Logo, and a random repeated design. They were all made in Tinkercad using the blank as a template.
