Porsche 911 996 Headlight washer cover

I lost the drivers side cover as many people do due to the poor tab design. I think Porsche put these washers in all the turbos, gt2, gt3, and carerra 4s of the 996 gen. My car is a turbo. The original piece has a very neat compound curve in it to seal against the headlight housing. I tried a few methods to either print the piece to match it and eventually came up with a heat forming system to get an exact match to the headlight. The two STL files in here are a passenger (right) side cover with tabs, and a forming jig to be used to heat mold the washer cover to the exact shape to seal the headlight.
