Porsche 928 seat bushings

This is a single bushing that holds the seat to the adjusting rail jackscrews on an 86 Porsche 928S. There are four per seat, and I recommend you replace all four as they tend to degrade. If your Porsche seats move back and forth and the front/rear adjustment makes a racket your bushings have probably disintegrated. Replace em! Note that 1987 and up Porsches need a different rear bushing and probably others. If someone gives me a 928S4 I will take the seat apart and model those bits :-) Regardless, print this with PETG plastic, at 1.2mm resolution (high resolution). The dimensions have been tested on my 86 928S with no slop or lateral movement when installed, and a very nice smooth motion when the motors are activated. Note: I had an extra washer on the front of each of my seat bolts, that might not be needed anymore as these are to factory new specifications. I'm guessing the PO put the washers in to try and make the seat work more smoothly. Printing: Add supports, they are needed. Break them off when printed. Use proper heat settings for PETG, I use 70c for the bed and 220c for the extruder. Print in high resolution mode, these are close tolerances. Good luck!
