Porsche 993 custom grill bar to create the illusion of a split grill. This requires other modifications to the grill before fitting, this is not a simple 'bolt on'. The complete grill bar is 357mm long. So the '....half....' files are how I elected to split the bar for printing. These have 4x 4mm holes designed into the mating surfaces which is where I inserted and glued 2x metal dowels. The dowels strengthen the joint. The full bar .ipt is included so you can split the bar differently (to fit print area) if desired. I used T-Glase for strength and also heat resistance with this part being bolted directly over the top of the engine.
