I made this design for several reasons. 1. The factory cup holders on my 2011 cayenne were pathetically little, and were NOT sufficient for holding anything, let alone drinks from a drive-through. 2. The extensions offered by Porsche accessories are wildly expensive for what they are. 3. Porsche's accessory extension is no good for a travel mug with a handle. 4. If you buy two of the Porsche extension accessories, you lose access to your 12v socket. This design is decidedly thinner than what Porsche offers, but allows large drinks to fit securely. Also, access to the 12v plug is retained. If you find this useful, leave a like and a comment.
