PORSCHE Wall Letters Remix Info These are about 200mm wide and fit the ender 3 build plate perfectly. You may be able to scale these but use the same scale for everything. The screw holes may become an issue depending on how far you go either way. Must print letters with the mounting holes up laying on the face. @ 10-15% infill, 4 top, 4 bottom, 3 perimeter layers. Print template with letters up. @ 25-30% infill, 4 top, 4 bottom, 3 perimeter layers. Print Screw plate with chamfer up. @ 100% infill, 4 top, 4 bottom, 3 perimeter layers. You will need 14 screw plates. These get glued into the pockets on the back of each letter. I added a key to the slot to make sure they are oriented correctly. These use standard drywall screws or small nails. Template Instructions: On the template use the outermost holes for the letter “H” only. All other letters (PORSCE) use the inner holes. I included the top hols to mark with a pin or small nail and the bottom as screw guilds. Also along the bottom edge you will see 2 pairs of slots marked 1 & 2. These are set for the distance between screws/nails. These set the spacing similar to the rear reflector of a late 70’s-80’s 911. Using slots marked “1” between any letter except the “H”. Use slots “2” on either side of the H. You can also space them wide like on the back of a 914, but that you would need to figure out and make your own template for spacing. It is best to use a laser level as these are spaced pretty wide at about 80” using the template for spacing.
