Just a little USB battery bank I drew up and 3D printed. The enclosure is designed to fit three 18350 lithium-ion cells (WIRED IN PARALLEL) and an AmpRipper 3000 v1.0 from Kickstart Design (Link below).

Assembly is very easy. First, plug the battery pack into the Ampripper and insert the USB-C port into the Enclosure-main component until the clips snap into the board's mounting holes. Then friction fit the Enclosure-top component on.

AmpRipper 3000 v1.0: https://www.kickstart-design.com/our-products/p/amp-ripper-3000

Print Settings

Printer Brand: Formlabs

Printer: Formlabs Form 2

Rafts: Doesn't Matter

Supports: No

Resolution: Any Resolution Is Fine

Infill: 100% Recommended

Filament/Resin: Any Filament Is Fine Any material is fine, but I do recommend something with a little flex (so the clips don't break)

Notes: The design is suitable for both FDM and SLA 3D printing, and shouldn't require any support if printed directly on the bed.

CAD & Rendering Tools Used

I used Fusion 360 to design the enclosure. I did have to reverse engineer the battery pack, but fortunately, KSD provides the 3D files for the AmpRipper, so I just popped it into my Fusion file and designed around it.

To generate the 3D renderings, I again used Fusion 360's built-in renderer. Love that about Fusion. Lastly, I touched the renders up in Photoshop and added a fun gradient background.
