Portable Bike Racer Tool Desk

A late entry to this exciting challenge! My primary goal was to provide the user with a maximum work surface area, a easy access to his tools and a convenient storage capability. When going for a ride, this portable tool desk should be the only toolcase you need! The frame is mainly made of thin aluminum sheet and the design was kept simple so almost all the manufacturing operation can take place in one facility. 2 mounting points on each side are currently available for the paper roll feature. Additional points can be added in the same fashion for other purpose (Helmet hook, thrash bag holder, ...). The legs and accessories for wall mount are bended aluminum tubing. Gas sprinp are added to keep the lid open at 90° and assist the user during opening and closing operations.
