When you have connected the floating hand grip to your GoPro it is very annoying to dismount it and start to use the tripod. With this accessory you can have the legs of the quatropod in you pocket and when need to set the camera standing you just connect the legs. The ring can be on all the time. When putting the legs on, push them in from the side of the pins. For durability I used PETG but PLA can also be used.
