Portable Solder Fume Extractor for a Stanley 014725R Organizer

I keep many of the tools I use for electronics projects stowed away in Stanley 014725R Organizer cases, so I made this solder fume extractor fan to go with them. This fume extractor is designed around a 60x60x25mm fan and a 10000mAh Lipo battery, but has some other bells and whistles including a USB Charge/boost module, battery level gauge, fuse and a pull out duct to better direct the airflow though the fan. There is also an "arm" that swings around and allows the fan to be set at a low angle to suck fumes from close to the work surface. For the ones shown below, I carefully sliced about 2-3mm from the filter, to thin it, which also improved the airflow considerably. The filters linked below are for garbage can deodorizers. Update 9/26/2021: I noticed several times when storing this away and trying to use it again, that it appeared to have a dead battery. However if I connected it up to a charger for just a few minutes, it would show a near full charge. I'm not sure if this has to do with the way I connected things up, but I plan to review the connections and possibly swap my battery meter since it also seems to be intermittent. I'm pretty sure the problem will either be a faulty button switch or a faulty battery display, otherwise it has been working great.
