THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS - PRINT AT YOUR OWN RISK This is a base which should fit an Anker PowerCore II 10000 USB power bank, for use with the TS-80 iron. All other parts for this can be found on the original model here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3389568/ There is a test part called "TS-80-holder-PowercoreII-4S1E-TEST.stl" which can be used to verify that it will fit the battery. Please be sure to calibrate your flow and steps per mm prior to printing or it may skew the dimensions. This will remain a work in progress until it is tested. I suggest using 0.2mm resolution and 25% infill. In order to get prints close to the dimension of the model, it helps to calibrate the extruder and the flow (Cura). The parts are not oriented for printing, but if you check the pics you can see how I would print some of the parts. I'd suggest using tree supports, since they will save a lot of frustration. Otherwise the parts should be oriented so they use minimal supports. I included a model of the case with an integrated support, which should help support the hinge area, but even this model still will require supports (I suggest using tree supports with this also). Selective use of the support blocker can also help reduce supports (in areas where the supports only support a small point like the top of a round hole). I would also try with higher than normal support overhang angles like 70 or 80% since most of the parts that will need support will be vertical anyway.
