Portal Gun Rick and Morty

This is the Portal Gun used by Rick Sanchez from the TV show Rick & Morty. I modeled this up and printed it for my Rick Halloween costume. The flashing light used is a 50mm diameter pumpkin/jack-o-lantern light. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: Varies Notes: Printed most parts with 10% infill and 2-3 shells/perimeters. The main body of the gun is best printed vertically with supports in select areas. Everything printed in PLA. The "light dome" part should be printed with translucent material using the single perimeter "vase mode" to make the part as transparent as possible. Post-Printing After printing the parts, assemble everything using hot glue, super glue or your adhesive of choice. Some sanding of the holes in the main body for the pumpkin light and light dome may be needed depending on your printer and support settings. Drill a hole at the intersection of the handle and rectangular body where you want to insert the black knob. Use a marker or paint to color in the "display" on the main body which reads C-137.
