Porter Cable Scroll Saw Throat Plate

This is an improved version of the throat plate for the porter cable scroll saw. The original black throat plate came with the scroll saw was about 1mm lower than the table, so as I cut through a wood piece, it stuck at the edge of the hole. Also, because of the space between wood and the plate, I experienced huge vibration. So it was very hard to use the scroll saw and I ended up with giving up using it. This throat plate will solve those issues and it becomes very easy to use because there is no space between the hole and the plate and also the plate will be flush to the table, so there will be no vibration or stuck. I also designed it stronger than the original by making it thicker and also added extra bone structure behind the plate. It should snap in and both diameter and the height should be perfectly match to the table saw table, but it could be slightly higher than the table. In that case, sand it down on the table until it becomes flush to the table.
