The Muzeon Art Park was established in 1992 as a vibrant arts haven, thanks to its proximity to the esteemed Tretyakov Gallery and the Central House of Artists, alongside numerous cultural and architectural landmarks from the XVII-XX centuries. By the nineties and zeroes, the park had become a beloved strolling spot for Muscovites due to its ideal location and meticulously maintained grounds. Its impressive collection boasts over 700 sculptures, many of which are iconic Soviet-era masterpieces, including Mukhina's renowned monument, Shadra's tribute to Maxim Gorky, and Vychetich's striking sculpture "Stand to the Death".
