Pheromosa (UB-02 Beauty) from Pokemon. All its parts are snap-on, so it doesn't require any special tools for assembly and allows for as maximum positioning as possible. The head is split into two parts that are easily attached, as this model doesn't include a veil. Instead, make a cutout from paper or fabric and attach it to its head. This model is a little over 8 inches / 20cm tall. Scaling down is not recommended as the joints were designed as thin as possible so they don't like too much like snap-on ball joints, but feel free to try.
