Poseable arm and hand

This is a work in progress so it's not fully fleshed out. The idea for this was to make a rig that bend the same way the miniature arms do without clipping too much. For that a big mess of bones was needed. The armpit bone moves the arm as much as it usually does in minis. The angle is restricted to do so. If you want more freedom you can un-hide the extra bones and remove their constraints. Doing so will require more manual adjustment of parts like the shoulderpad.
