A convenient way to secure a piece of poster board to a 16mm rod (IE mic stand)! The grip is super tight, you might need to manually open the jaws a bit to slide it in. I was not actually able to pull it out without opening the jaws, however. Perfect for backdrops hung on microphone stands :)
