Power Chair Dog Walker (Permobil-compatible)

This mounting pole attaches to a Permobil mounting rail. It allows you to attach a dog walking pole to your power chair and take a dog for a walk. It is necessary because the dog walker is expecting to attach to a bike seat post and there's no vertical post like that on a power chair.
