Power cord hole cover

This is a plate to cover a 2 inch hole where a power cord comes trough a shelf in my camper. I made it with a 1/2 inch overhang and a 5/8 in slot to accommodate the power cord. The depth of the tabs are for a 1/4 inch plywood and can be adjusted before print to use for a thicker material.
