This spool is for a netbook power cord. It holds this 8 footer with room to spare. Cord diameter is about 0.115" (3mm). I wanted something so the desired amount of cord could be payed out, and the remainder stays securely on the spool. This design does a pretty good job of it. The print required 30 grams ABS and took 60 minutes with Afinia defaults (0.3mm Z, medium fill and speed with a raft). Metric file provided.
