This belt sander was made for a Bosch 14-125 CIE angle grinder with speed control. I do not recommend using it at full speed! It might also fit many other belt sanders but make sure you use one that allows for a low speed setting. It works really great! You require 2 bearings (22x7x8), a spring (about 15-16mm diameter x 60-70mm; i do not remember exactly) and a thin sheet of metal except for the printed parts. Also a little bit of glue and filler. It was made for 13x457mm sanding belts. The assembly procedure should be understandable from the pictures. I used some tape to fix two bearings next to each other and coverd them with body filler. Then i glued them on a 8mm drill bit and used a file to turn it into a slightly curved smooth surface. Glue the base of the arm to the mount and the bearings into the other part of the arm. A piece of aluminum was used to protect the sanding arm from the friction of the belt.
