Power Supply Cover

Power Supply Cover

thingiverse

This is a 3D printable power supply cover designed to hold a fused IEC 320 socket which can be wired to the power supply. I designed this to add to a Hictop i3 3D printer that had the power cable wired directly to the power supply. The power supply model was S-360-24. There are 2 versions of the design: 1) Closed back version that completely surrounds the lower section of the power supply. 2) Open back version that allows the power supply to be mounted flush on the back face. Print this version if you are going to be mounting the power supply to a 3D printer as shown in the pictures. To mount the cover to the power supply, the following non-3D printed parts are required: M4 x 8 socket head cap screw - qty: 3 M3 x 10 flat head cap screw - qty: 2 M3 Heat set insert - qty: 2 These are the M3 heat set inserts I used: https://www.mcmaster.com/94180A331/ CAD files for the power supply cover can be found here: https://grabcad.com/library/power-supply-cover-4 Also check out my Mean Well LRS-350 power supply cover design here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6068969 Please do add acknowledgement if you use the CAD files.
