Power supply enclosure

This is a simple box to hold the power supply that I use to power my printer enclosure's lighting.

To be more specific, it's for a 60W (12v 5A) "LED" power supply of the "S-60-12" type. See, for example, this eBay listing:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/352373532364

(I removed my power supply's cover plate to vent it better)

The box features a standard "C13" connector for mains power, recessed XT-60 connector mount (female side) for 12V output, and has a simple grommet to allow passage of a pair of wires to a remote mains on/off switch.

The lid/top of the box has a single M4 nut trap to allow mounting it, perehaps to a LACK table enclosure (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2864118) in a manner similar to the printer's power supply. I've included an extended version of the "fork" mount from there, and a spacer/washer thingy to do that job.

Print instructions

Licence: Creative Commons - Attribution - Non-Commercial - Share Alike Category: Electronics Print Settings

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: 0.2 mm

Infill: 30%

Notes:

Use a strong infill pattern such as grid or triangles. The four screw holes in the top half have bridging layers over them that'll need cleared out with your X-acto knife.
