<p>This is model for portable power supply and with 5V USB output compatible with Parkside X20V Team battery. It utilizes power supply module i.e DPS3005, there are also other cheaper modules with the same size which can be used as well.</p><p>Please be aware the X20V battery doesn't have under voltage protection. The DPS3005 display input voltage so you should monitor this value.</p><p><strong>Bill of material:</strong></p><ul><li>Power supply module i.e. <a href="https://aliexpress.com/item/1000004279003.html">DPS3005</a></li><li><a href="https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001621822376.html">USB charging module</a>&nbsp;</li><li>On/Off rocker switch 21x15mm, I have used <a href="https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001165660255.html">this one.</a></li><li>Red and Black 4mm banana socket, I have used <a href="https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32969822440.html">this one.</a></li><li>XT60 female connector for panel mount, I have used <a href="https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002567733106.html">this one.</a></li><li>2x Male Faston connector 6.3x0.8mm</li><li>AWG18 silicon wires</li><li>4x M3x15 screw</li><li>4x M3 nut</li><li>4x M2.5x8 screw</li><li>2x M2.5 nut</li></ul><p><strong>Assembly:</strong></p><ul><li>Print all 4 parts.</li><li>Put the USB module into the holder and secure it by the printed key.</li><li>Solder 2 faston connector to about 16cm long wires and push them through the battery connector block.</li><li>Press 4 pcs M3 nut into the box body</li><li>Screw the battery connector block and main body together using 4 pcs of M3x 15 screw</li><li>Screw banana plug to the box.</li><li>Connect banana plugs to the XT60 connector and then to the power supply module connector.</li><li>DPS3005 has detachable connector. Pay attention to the in and out and polarity.</li><li>Connect positive output from the battery to the switch and from the switch to the USB charging module and to power supply module connector.</li><li>Connect negative output from the battery directly to the USB charging module and to power supply module connector.</li><li>Press the switch to the box.</li><li>Screw USB module in case to the box.</li><li>Connect module connector to the module and press the module into the box.</li></ul><p>Enjoy.</p>
