I'm currently building a case that contains the PSUs and control boards and stuff to power up two 3D printers @24V. This is the stand to mount two 12V HP Power Supply units onto it so that we get a 24V 47A PSU. The stand is designed to meet the following conditions: Sleek design Standalone without any further mounting Ability to mount the stand on a plate (to fix it inside my box in my case) Allow enough air flow through the PSU's that will be sucked by the internal PSU fans. Air flow from bottom to top Holes for guiding the power and controller cables from the bottom of the PSU Instructions The top and the base parts get screwed together with M5 threated rods that has to be cut to the correct length. The top plate has additional holes if you plan to secure the psu to the outside of an enclosing case (as I did). There is an excellent guide how to modify two of those 12V HP server PSU's to get 12 and 24V with 47Amps out of them. This should be enough to power several printers with heatbed :) Each PSU costs only around 20bucks. Here is the guide:http://www.ultimatercnetwork.com/forums/showthread.php?t=174225
