I recreated a Rhino solid model of a portion of (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1158053) so that I could modify it to my needs. Added pictures of printed switch box. 11/15/2016 - Uploaded new revision, box is deeper to accommodate female spade lugs crimped on the wires. Also, the access for the power cord to the power supply is a slot that the cover fills in to hold the power line. Print Settings Printer: FolgerTech 2020 PRUSA I3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.25 Infill: 21 Notes: I used Cura to print this project so I could turn off supports for the air passages. Post-Printing Switch Purchased these switches from EBay - http://www.ebay.com/itm/111739549195?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT. They do not come with fuses so you will have to scour radio shack, Lowes, or hardware stores to find some that will fit. How I Designed This Design I extracted the edges of the switch mount from the project I referenced and built a new solid model in Rhino for the box, flanges, and air louvers. I have included the STEP file for those who would like to modify the part.
