Power Wheels Hub Connector

A recent class project started with a toy donation and some cash to buy parts. THough a very kind and generouos offer - the project turned into many mour hours and lessons of patience, grit and a little determination than expected. In the end - we sources a second power wheels with wheels and/or drive motors that would not match. The solution? We replaced the red hub insert into the wheels and designed a hub that would mesh with the motor gear (small white cylinder with slots to the recess of the new wheels. After at least 15 different versions, we have two working hubs and soon to be satisfied children. Feel free to add comments, thoughts, etc.
