Powerline Reset Button Extension

This is a little extension reset button for most Powerline and other electronics parts. I made this one for the FRITZ! Powerline 500E, and after it is put into the device you will be able to press the reset button without needing a needle or a thin stick for pressing the reset button. Tell me what you used it for! Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: Print with some kind of adhesion. For example use a brim or if you can A raft. I uesd a brim for this. Its simple to print, just make sure it comes out the correct size, solid and clean. Post-Printing The screws are unscrewed. Remove the shell. WARNING: the metal shield inside may still be hot! Step 1: Disassembly Unscrew the screws of the device, remove both the outter shell and the heatsync inside. The heatsync is hold in place with little notches, just pull them back. (Sorry for the weird angles of the images) The metal piece is the heatsync. This is the device with the heatsync removed. See the black button to the left? This one is too short, while the white button has an extension, so you can press it without using something thin. We are going to add the extension to the black button. Meanwhile the black thing to the left is the extension. Put it into the part shown in the image below. This is the shield that has the hole for the reset button. Just stick the extension into the hole that says Step 2: Assembly Now put everything back together in order. Make sure the heatsync is on correctly, and nothing is loose. Finished! We now have a little reset button that we can press without using a thin stick or similar. Remember, this can be used on other things where the reset button is hard to reach. You will most likely need some resizing though. Thanks for reading!
