Powkiddy Q20 mini replacement shell

<p>This is an alternative shell for Powkiddy Q20 Mini. You will have to print both part (frontplate and backplate) as this design is not compatible with the original shell.</p> <p>Beware this mod have very narrow clearance, you should double check every button fitting and post-process if necessary before assembly. Also be warn that the speaker is tightly held once placed and you will not be able to get it out again without cutting through the printed shell.</p> <p>Q20 Mini is well built but somewhat fragile, you should be extra carefull during the disassembly process for:</p> <ul> <li>Getting the screen out of the original shell. Take your time, don't bend it !</li> <li>Don't try to remove the tape on the back of the screen, you might have backlight bleeding afterward.</li> <li>Getting the speaker out of the original shell. Do not pull on these wires... I pulled on them, and had to solder them back in place.</li> <li><p>Getting the battery out of the backplate. Again take your time, the glue can be super strong and you don't want to bend or break your battery as it may become a fire hazard. During the assembly process, place all the screws very losely, then tighten one by one. take your time, don't snap a pillar ! I used extra-brittle crystal PLA and had some issues with this.<br/> You need double-sided tape to hold the screen in place.</p> <p>You are on your own here, I am not responsible if you break your device while doing this mod or void your warranty.
