Pre-assemblable modular tank, galvanized, designed to powder meals for balanced animal feed. Capacity, 3m^3. The design features walls paneled metal sheet, these are assembled with bolts and allow the tank to expand in future extensions up or sideways and tank walls make together tank columns themselves, making it self-sustaining. The walls have corrugation in zigzag, and thus prevent flour sticking to the walls, all this is achieved by creating a flow with variable cutting section. The cone has a manual sluice with a square output of 15 3/4 inch (400 mm). The design created in SolidWorks allows manipulating the initial 3D croquis automatically throw a modification of the entire volume of the tank, allowing generate different sized tanks. It has a marine ladder with safety cage to prevent falls, all this according to COVENIN and ISO standards. At the top, a guardrail with a gate inspection. Inside the tank, it equipped with internal staircase for maintenance. It also has inspection windows (four on top, and one on the cone) for visual check of the content level and condition. The tank is designed for structurally supporting (to contain) powder sub product of foods processing factories in the rice polishing or corn degermination for corn flour and corn flakes.
