Precision Razor, holds disposable double-edge razor blades

I was always driven crazy by how fast the precision razors dull out after a single use, so I designed a razor with replaceable blades to solve this problem. I mainly use these to line up my mustache and the cheek line of my beard, but they should work well on eyebrows and such. I bled a lot while testing and refining this razor so that you don't have to. Please follow the instructions carefully. (I also ended up with many randomly shaved patches on my thighs. Turns out that's the best testing grounds that I can keep hidden from the public!) Instructions summary: 1- Download the 3 .stl files. 2- Load the .stl files into the slicer. 3- Ensure that the 3 components are positioned in the correct orientation inside the slicer. 4- Paint the supports only where needed. 5- Generate the gcode using the slicer. 6- Print the components. 7- Break the supports. 8- Test the tongues using the tongue checker. Use a file to correct the fit if needed. The tongues should barely fit inside the groove, but should be able to go all the way. 9- Assemble the components without a blade. Assemble/disassemble a few times to get the parts to fit correctly. 10- Snap the doble-edge razor in half. Use the instructions video if needed: youtu.be/EUmnaSreNH8 11- Assemble the razor with the blade inside. 12- Test the razor on a safe area to get familiar with the shaving angle. Try using it on your arm or thigh. 13- Shave! 14- Flip the blade when dull. Replace the blade when needed. Use each edge (corner) only once to get the optimal sharpness and the best experience. That’s 1-5 cents per shave, tops.
