Predator Magball Carriage adapter 76MM

This is a beefed up MagBall carriage adapter that is compatible with Huntley's Predator effector MagBall adapters. This design should add back about 15mm of Z height, and about 2-3mm of the delta radius that using Huntley's version takes away, not quite as much as stock but every bit helps. It's based off a design that I made for my upcoming mag ball Dragon effector, it took all but 30 seconds to make it work for Huntly's version so I thought I would share. I also went ahead and made a version that retains the angle that the magspurs are mounted on the original, this does eliminate the additional Z height you would get on the V1 version but it balances any lateral forces on the magspurs so it may be more durable. Long term testing would likely be needed to know how much this matters, I'll be running V1 most likely, but I figured I would have a set of V2's as a backup in case there is an issue there. I have not tested this design for any length of time, I just made sure it fit and that the magball arms didn't interfere with the part. The stock metal end stop adapters should work with this design, you may need to drill out the holes for it a bit depending on the nozzle and slicer you use. Please let me know if it doesn't trigger properly, it should be fine as mounting location matches the stock location and height but I know there was an issue with Huntley's version and I may have overlooked something. I won't be using this design for a while so if someone wants to test this I would appreciate it. This is an interference fit, you may need to sand it a bit to get it to fit, my test print barely fit on my carriage. I used a large nozzle with PETG as the test, which tends to skew the dimensions a bit, if the fitment is loose/tight let me know, I can make an adjustment. The idea behind using a part that has an interference fit is to add rigidity, that way the only thing the screws are really doing is locating the part. This 76mm design does interfere with some door hinge designs, its about 2mm too wide for the door hinges I am using, thankfully the 71mm design for my effector works perfectly fine. I'll release the 71mm design when the effector for it is tested and ready. I recommend using ABS/ASA, or another plastic/resin that doesn't have cold creep issues. Some nylons should be fine, there are a lot different nylons, the more rigid ones are a safer bet. A quality PETG may be fine, Prusa is getting away with using it on their printers, but I cannot recommend it for anything that has even a minor load on it. I absolutely cannot recommend PLA for any printer parts that aren't stationary, they might work for a while, but PLA cold creeps pretty badly. M3-.50 nuts are required. I may beef up the part where to screw for the spring attaches to the adapter, really it should be fine, but I feel there should be a bit more material there.
