Aparato para preparar sushi con expulsor. Consta de dos carcasas simétricas que imprimiéndolas forma el aparato entero. Se utilizó PLA porque no es tóxico en contacto con los alimentos. Fácil de armar y utilizar. Diseñado para hojas de alga nori standard de 20 cm de ancho. Fácil de desmontar y lavar.
