Prescription "Script" adapter

This is an adapter to allow prescription or "triplicate" order sheets to fit into printers that don't have paper trays that will narrow enough to hold them. It centers the prescription sheet and is deep enough to allow an entire pad to be stored. the individual sheets will need to be peeled off the pad before placing them into this. I print these out for the doctors in my office and I'm hoping someone else will find it useful
