Presentation Box for Gift Card Vault

This gift box was designed to fit the Gift Card Vault (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:263574), to provide yet another personalization opportunity when giving the very un-personal (but very convenient) gift of a Gift Card. The box was inspired by feddasaur's "Gift Card Box" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:209112) but was designed from the ground up in TinkerCad to accommodate the larger Gift Card Vault. (Except for the Bow, which was taken directly from thing:209112, since it looked so great.) Lids for 'Happy Birthday' and 'Merry Christmas' are provided, as is a blank lid for your own customization. Instructions Box and lid were printed together in one color. The ribbon and bow were printed separately in a second color and attached to the lid using superglue. Print the lid with the top surface facing the build plate. Since the lid is printed with the top facing down, going with cut-outs for the words works better than raised lettering.
