Massive shelf for press brake tools designed with BySoft 7 / Solid Works. The design was inspired by a samurai helmet and the shelf can be used to store Bystronic style tools up to a segment length of 1030mm. Alternatively it should work as a cover against smal arms fire as the front plate is 14mm thick...The tools in the assembly are V80/80 dies. The POC simulation was done on an XpertPro 200/3100 press brake and I noticed a minor collison which can be avoided by removing the LEDs placed there or minor modification if that is more convenient. Besides that no special tooling should be required.
