Press-Fit Filament Guide, Cleaner & Cable management for the CR-10 with MK8 Aluminium Extruder

This remix of chito's excellent filament guide/cleaner/runout sensor removes the need to utilized the z-axis rod guide screws to hold it in place -- I just don't like using those screws to mount things since they ought to be relatively loose. This remix uses a press-on fitting to hold firmly in place. You may need to reposition any lock washers under the guide screws to be off-centered towards the z-axis rod. In addition, the wire loom holder is extended a bit to provide more support. This piece is fully compatible with the switch holder included as part of the original post.
