Presto Dehydrator Stackable Filament Dryer

<p>I have some BIG spools of PETG (14" across) that needed to be dried, and it just so happens that the fit in the diameter of the Presto brand food dehydrator from Walmart.</p> <p>I designed these dryer sections to hold filament spools up to 14.25" across, be stackable, and to be printed using a large-diameter nozzle and thick line width for strength. They're a tight fit at first, but the PETG shrinks a little bit as it gets warmed and contracts. I printed with a 0.6 mm nozzle and 0.9 mm line width; a 0.8 mm nozzle and 1.2 mm line width might be even better. </p> To get the bottom lattice, I printed with zero top or bottom layers, 3 perimeters, and 15% honeycomb infill.</div></p> <p>Printed with a brim just to be safe.</p></p></p>
