update 2020-10-15: I removed the original smaller lever ring. The gap at the screw was just too big, I didn't like it. Remixed a couple and made the lever a little shorter so I don't break it in my bag. Also used m3x14 and an m3 nut. Sorry it's metric I have so much metric laying around it was easy. I did a layer change on the little plug. This way it's yellow on the user's side, black on the barrel side. I did this for my older eyes so I can see the lever easier in low light. No supports needed for anything but you can use it on the lever for the screw and nut holes. Just snug tight, no need to crank on it. I printed the lever at 100% infill with carbon fiber petg. It's strong and matte black. The TPU was 20-30% no supports with the wide part down. I use the 101% version. It leaves almost no gap at the screw.
