I'm adding this as it has been requested by a few people. This is a Cat tail for a PA 1-6 SLX Gen 3 (not sure it will fit Gen 4 or ones with factory removable cat tails).. This also requires a small cap head screw and nut to use. It's been so long since I've added one to a scope, but I think it is a #3 cap head screw and associated nut.
