Prime Pad and Nozzle Cleaner In my clone Prusa I3 3D printer, I added this Prime pad bar and same time as a nozzle pad cleaner. I don’t own original Prusa I3 3D printer and I don’t know how to modify its firmware for changing the size of the print bed. In my 3D printer I’m using Arduino Mega256 and Ramps 1.4 board with Marlin firmware, in this I can change the size of the print bed and activate the Clean Nozzle Feature of Marlin firmware. Additional materials: Cut 2x-15mm wide from a heavy duty scour pad (Scotch-Brite brand). Installation: Install the prime pad bar under the heated bed and insert the scour pad, stick out 2-3mm above the heated bed. Additional feature: Can be used as pull handle for print bed. Enjoy printing.
