Clip on guide designed to prevent the primer follower from hitting the collator or anything else as you go through a cycle. It's a very simple clip that goes onto the powder hopper and the guide rode goes through it. Prior to this the guide rod kept hitting the collater that sits atop my 3d printed case feeder just after I filled the primers. If I didn't fill up the primary the follower would sit low enough that it wouldn't hit but that left me reloading it too often. This allows me to fill my primer tube up and never have an issue with the follower rod. Super simple, super easy, saves frustration.
