Print-in M8 Fidget Spinner

Print-in M8 Fidget Spinner

Designed to fit a 608zz bearing and 6 M8 hex nuts. This fidget has the hex nuts inside of the print, so in order to get them in you must have your printer stop the layer before it begins covering the hex nuts. I recommend printing at a 0.2mm layer height and stopping it the layer before it begins to fill over the nuts, the height at which this occurs is 8.4mm. I achieved this by separating the process into two using Simplify 3D, however you can achieve the same effect using another slicer by editing the gcode to add in a pause at that layer. Make sure you push the nuts all the way down, they should fit nicely and the nozzle shouldn't touch them when the next layer begins. I did not design the caps I am using, they are iDevelo3D's comfy caps which you can find over here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2181061 Enjoy!
