Assortment of cylindrical clamps with a print-in-place hinge. Can be used as stopper ring, etc. The inner diameter ranges from 20mm to 100mm in 1mm steps. To make the print-in-place hinge work, a certain gap inside the hinge is needed. As different printers have different accuracy, all clamps are available with 0.2 to 0.5mm gap in 0.1mm steps. e.g. When printing the hinge on my Anycubic i3 Mega, a 0.4mm gap works best. (Makes 4*80=320 stl-files :D) File Names: hinge_clamp_gapXX_diYY.stl where: XX stands for the print-in-place gap ranging between 0.2m and 0.5mm in 0.1mm steps. YY stands for the inner diameter of the clamp ranging between 20mm and 100mm in 1mm steps. Screw: The clamp is tightened with a wood screw. The screw diameter depends on the inner diameter (di) of the clamp. di 20 to 29mm: screw diameter 3.5mm di 30 to 39mm: screw diameter 4mm di 40 to 59mm: screw diameter 4.5mm di 60 to 79mm: screw diameter 5mm di 80 to 100mm: screw diameter 6mm
